When is Mardi Gras?

Fat Tuesday is always the day before Ash Wednesday and Ash Wednesday is 40 days before Easter. Easter is the first Sunday after the first full moon after the Vernal Equinox, which generally occurs on March 21. Okay? Yes, it's confusing.

What do the Mardi Gras colors stand for?

Mardi Gras Colors are purple, green, and gold. Purple represents justice, green stands for faith, and gold signifies power.

The rack contains more low dollar beads and less high dollar beads. This system works! We do sell a Full Rack of beads with more variety for those who want more. What happens if I don't like the merchandise?

We do not accept returns for any reason without an authorization number from our office. Notification of returns must be made within 7 days of the shipping date. Returned merchandise must be shipped freight pre-paid. C.O.D.or freight collect returns will not be accepted. We do not reimburse return freight. We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee on all returned racks. Absolutely no returns 3 days before Fat Tuesday. All refunds for returned racks are remitted in the form of a check. Credits for Credit card purchases are applied to the credit card account.

Do I pay sales tax?

Only Missouri residents pay sales tax (7.5%), unless a Tax Letter or Tax ID Number is faxed to 1-314-962-0408  before the order is processed.

What happens if you're out of a particular bead style?

There may be times when a bead on the rack is temporarily out of stock. Love Grows will substitute a bead style of equal popularity and value if a particular bead style becomes unavailable. We want your continued business and will make every arrangement to please you!

How is the merchandise shipped?

Merchandise is usually shipped by UPS Ground Service. Overseas orders are by Parcel Post only. No P.O Box address may be used.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Continental U.S.: For standard delivery, allow 7 to 10 business days. Orders are shipped UPS Ground Service. Based on UPS schedules, shipments arrive within 5-7 working days after the order is filled to most destinations within the Continental United States. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times. For express delivery, allow 3-4 business days and use the express delivery rate shown on the order form.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: For standard delivery, please allow 3-4 weeks and add $5.00 to the standard delivery rate shown on the order form. For express delivery, please allow 3-4 business days and add $5.00 to the express delivery rate shown on the order form.

International: Please add 50% of your merchandise total for shipping and handling charges. Balance due will be billed or over payment will be refunded.

What are the payment options?

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted. Charge by phone 7 days a week, 24 hours a day between January 1 and Fat Tuesday. Call 1-888-7-Love Grows (1-888-756-8347) to place your order or e-mail your order using the easy order form at this site and call 1-888-7-Love Grows (1-888-756-8347) to give credit card information. When your credit card is approved, you are e-mailed or verbally notified that your order will be processed.

Cashier's Check or Money Order: Do not send currency or personal checks. Send payment and mail order to Love Grows, 2452 Dorothy Ave., St. Louis, MO 63144 or e-mail your order using the easy order form at this site. When payment arrives or credit card is approved, your e-mailed order will be processed in the time frame specified above.

Are the racks inspected?

All racks are carefully checked and packed before shipping. We are not responsible for damages after your order leaves our warehouse. If there appears to be any breakage when you receive your shipment, inspect your order at once and have the delivery agent note it on the delivery receipt. Then file a claim with the carrier for any losses as soon as possible.
